What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Strategy Mission Analyst position at Axiologic Solutions LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultative support to a functional technical area of the project.
- Develop solutions to complex problems.
- Experience in evaluating and implementing NIST/FISMA compliant policies, standards and guidelines covering data security, disaster recovery, continuity of operations, and contingency planning.
- Work closely with the information technologists to identify the best technological solution to technical issues.
- Familiar with transitioning to an RMF and ISCM model for SA&A work.
- Have a firm understanding of SA&A, continuous monitoring, risk scoring, and risk management experience.
- Should have RSA Archer or similar tool experience to support aforementioned activities.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on DoD and IC Strategy as it relates to Data Analytics, Big Data, Data Science, and IT systems.
- Serve as Principal researcher mapping national security issues and threats as they pertain to DoD and flow down to agency environment. Applies this expertise to the development of the future state of Enterprise Network and Intelligence Enterprise.
- Thoroughly understand and communicate National Security threats and policies, mid to long term implications for the IT Enterprise, and the resulting generation of new requirements and DoD programs. Advanced Analytics, Autonomy, and Artificial intelligence.
- Analyze and communicate mission relevance and provide recommendations for appropriate prioritization of CIO experiments, engagements, and other efforts.
- Assist in offset Strategy and adversary developments.
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to obtain a polygraph)
- Experience: Minimum 14 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific LCAT , with a portion of the related experience within the last 2 years
- Education: Master’s degree
Active TS/SCI security clearance and the ability to pass a CI Poly. - Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong analysis and planning skills.
- Ability to exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.
