Axiologic Solutions is seeking a Branding Manager to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) CIO, IT Integration Division (CIO-1). This position manages the CIO's brand identity and creative services delivery, developing and implementing integrated media plans, marketing campaigns, and creative strategies that ensure visual and messaging consistency across all CIO products and platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated media plans, multimedia advertising campaigns, and creative strategies for brand advocacy, delivering final products in both print and electronic formats
Manage project documentation, lead team meetings, drive process improvements, and ensure quality and consistency in all branded product delivery
Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to analyze IT environments, define strategic roadmaps, oversee solution integration, ensure compliance, and provide technical guidance for innovation and improvement
Provide creative insight directly to customers, sharing best practices and expertise for brand continuity while maintaining adherence to the DIA Visual Style Guide, 508 Accessibility compliance, and DIA briefing templates
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly preferred)
Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management, creative services, marketing communications, graphic design, or a closely related field, with at least a portion of that experience within the last 2 years
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related discipline from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
In-depth knowledge of brand management principles, visual identity systems, and integrated marketing campaign development
Proficiency with graphic design and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Travel Requirements:
Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.
Level of Responsibility:
Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.
Level of Supervision Required:
The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.
Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing and walking on a frequent basis.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
