What You’ll Do
- Work internet leads and fresh ups like a true closer
- Build rapport and guide bilingual customers through the full car-buying process
- Dominate follow-up and turn opportunities into deliveries
- Know inventory, financing, and programs inside and out
- Drive gross, volume, and customer satisfaction
What You Bring
- 2 years of auto sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to generate strong grosses
- Tech-savvy with CRMs and lead management systems
- Competitive, motivated, and professional
