Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Specialist role based in Farmingdale, NY. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching target markets, building contact lists, and sourcing potential prospects across key industries. This role will manage outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, and digital channels to engage potential customers and schedule meetings. The specialist will maintain and update lead information in the CRM system, track lead status, and report on pipeline activity. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with sales to refine lead criteria, participating in email campaigns and providing feedback on customer needs.

Qualifications
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and creating New Leads through outbound and inbound methods.
- Strong Sales acumen with experience nurturing prospects and supporting the sales pipeline.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Solid Research skills for identifying target accounts, decision-makers, and market opportunities.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
