Role Description
The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in Erlanger, KY. The technician will be tasked with maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment used in production. Key responsibilities include executing preventive maintenance programs, ensuring operational efficiency, and diagnosing machinery issues to minimize downtime. The technician will also collaborate with other team members to ensure safety, operational continuity, and adherence to established standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance techniques
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to industrial machinery
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Vocational training or certification in maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in aerospace production or a similar industry is an asset
