Overview
Axidian is growing our Houston office and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of life insurance agents. You'll coach agents, oversee production goals, and help build out our in-office sales team as we scale toward 100 agents locally. Office located at 9800 Centre Parkway, Ste 580, Houston, TX 77036.

Who We're Looking For
- Experience leading or mentoring a sales team (insurance experience a plus, not required)
- Licensed life insurance agent, or willing to get licensed quickly
- Strong coaching, motivation, and people-management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team of life insurance sales agents
- Set and monitor individual and team production goals
- Conduct outbound and in-person outreach alongside the team within assigned territory
- Present life insurance products and coverage options to prospective clients as needed
- Meet with company-provided leads to support agents in converting prospects to policyholders
- Review team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Ensure team compliance with carrier and licensing requirements
- Track team production and client interactions using company systems
- Collaborate with company leadership on hiring and growth strategy for the Houston office
Compensation
- Weekly payouts
- Unlimited earning potential — experienced managers earn six figures or more annually
- 100% commission-based, including team overrides
Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
