The Senior Facility Condition Assessor is a full-time hybrid role based in Duluth, GA, with the possibility for some remote work. The primary responsibility is to assess and evaluate the condition of facilities to provide accurate reports and develop comprehensive solutions for clients. This includes conducting on-site inspections, analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and providing technical guidance to junior team members.
- Proficiency in conducting condition assessments, facility inspections, and building systems analysis
- Knowledge of construction cost estimation, project management, and related analytical methodologies
- Strong skills in technical report writing and data documentation
- Familiarity with software tools used in facility assessments, construction, or project management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and within a team, both in-person and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of facility management best practices and relevant codes or regulations
- Experience working with federal or state government contracts is highly desirable
