About the Role
We are looking for a versatile, ambitious Senior Designer to join our Performance Branding, Creative and Content team. We need a true design generalist — someone who thrives on variety, loves to get their hands dirty across multiple disciplines and wants to build holistic solutions that work seamlessly across various channels and mediums. As the creative engine for our clients, you’ll tackle a wide array of end-to-end projects, ensuring that our creative outputs not only look stunning but drive measurable business growth. If you are passionate about blending world-class design with data-driven performance, this is the place for you.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Execution: Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of diverse projects ranging from zero-to-one brand identity creation to large-scale, multi-channel performance campaigns.
- Creative System Management: Build, implement, and maintain robust design and campaign systems, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality craft across all touchpoints.
- Data-Informed Creative: Collaborate closely with our analytics and marketing science teams to translate behavioral data and performance insights into compelling visual solutions that drive measurable results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with strategists, copywriters, developers, and account managers to ensure creative concepts align with client goals and technical requirements.
- Client Presentation & Communication: Articulate the "why" behind your design decisions. Confidently present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, demonstrating how the design solves their specific business challenges.
- Project Ownership: Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial briefing to final delivery, proactively troubleshooting roadblocks and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain an exacting standard of quality, overseeing the final polish and pixel-perfect details of all deliverables before they go out the door.
- Continuous Innovation: Stay on the cutting edge of design trends, tools, and performance marketing best practices. Proactively bring new ideas, formats, and creative testing strategies to the team.
Common projects include:
- Brand Building: Creating brands from the ground up, including brand identity, expression and visual architecture.
- Web Design: Designing websites, landing pages and digital experiences optimized for user engagement and conversion.
- Digital Campaigns: Developing creative assets for full-funnel digital marketing, lead generation and branded response campaigns.
- Social Media: Crafting engaging, high-quality social media design and content.
- Event Design: Creating impactful visual experiences and collateral for events.
- Sales Enablement: Producing high-end sales and marketing materials that help drive revenue.
What We’re Looking For
- The Ultimate Generalist: You love wearing many hats. You aren’t confined to one specific medium and are excited to design for print, digital, web, social and beyond.
- Systems Thinker: You have a deep understanding of how to create, implement and scale comprehensive design systems.
- Master of Craft: You possess exceptional design skills, a refined aesthetic eye and an unwavering attention to detail.
- Problem Solver: You utilize creative thinking to solve complex business and marketing challenges.
- Proactive Self-Starter: You take initiative, manage your time effectively and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Performance-Minded: You don't just want to make things look beautiful. You want to create work that performs well and delivers results.
- Bonus: Experience with or curiosity around AI-assisted creative workflows (concepting, iteration, production)
Qualifications and Skills We’re Looking for:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years working professionally as a designer in a creative environment.
- High proficiency in Figma.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Presentations: Expert-level formatting and design skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Preferred but not required:
- Video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Experience creating animations using Jitter.
- Familiarity with emerging AI platforms and integrating generative AI workflows into your design process.
