Louisville is one of the country’s busiest logistics markets, and dependable people keep it moving. We are hiring a Package Handler for an active warehouse operation where shipments must be sorted, scanned and prepared accurately for their next destination.
This is practical, physical work with clear expectations. Training is provided, so extensive experience is not required.
$18.50–$22.00 per hour
Full-time | Day and evening shifts available
Optional Overtime available
On-site in Louisville, KY
What you’ll do each shift
- Load and unload packages from trucks, trailers and warehouse areas
- Scan and sort shipments by route or destination
- Move packages safely to the correct staging location
- Stack and organize items to prevent damage
- Check labels and report missing or damaged packages
- Use carts, pallet jacks and other basic material-handling equipment
- Keep loading areas, walkways and workstations clear
- Follow warehouse safety procedures at all times
