Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist with various chairside procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent patient care and comfort during procedures, establishing trust and strong relationships.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, infection control, and safety protocols.
- Take and process digital X-rays, impressions, and other diagnostic materials.
- Help with patient education and treatment plan presentation.
- Perform coronal polishing, sealant application, and other routine dental tasks.
- Manage patient records using Dentrix Ascend and stay organized.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of chairside assisting experience.
- Certifications: Current radiography certification and Dental Assistant certification as required by state. Coronal Polishing certification is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
- Professional Development: Must complete annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training as required by law. CPR certification is preferred.
- Technology: Familiarity with digital X-rays, iTero digital scanners, Glidewell mills for same-day crowns, and Biohorizon Implant Systems is a plus.

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7am-4pm
- Wednesday: 7am-3pm
