PART TIME NURSE PRACTITIONER, REVITA' LIFE
POSITION SUMMARY: Evaluate and care for patients, both men and women, for bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. Perform pellet insertion, counsel patients and coordinate care.
- Work Schedule: 3 days/week
- Patient Overview: Male/Female patient population, age range 40

The founder of Revita’ Life, Dr. Joann Richichi, is a Board Certified Fellow in Obstetrics & Gynecology and a Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapist who formed Revita’ Life because of her personal experience with insufficient treatment for her own menopausal symptoms. Dr. Richichi also specializes in weight loss and understands the extremely frustrating weight gain menopausal women and andropausal men face as an inevitable consequence of aging. With our bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and HCG weight loss protocol, our patients have access to treatment tailored to their unique and individual needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Women's Health, or Family - Advanced Practice Nurse with active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license
- Minimum 1 year experience as an APN preferably in a Women's Health healthcare setting
- Eligible to participate in state programs including but not limited to Medicare.
