Role Description The Leasing Professional is a full-time, on-site role located in Douglasville, GA, responsible for delivering an outstanding leasing and resident experience. Daily responsibilities include greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, explaining community features, and guiding applicants through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. The role involves preparing and processing leasing applications, completing lease documentation accurately, and maintaining organized records in accordance with company policies and fair housing regulations. The Leasing Professional will support resident retention by responding promptly to questions and concerns, coordinating with maintenance and management teams, and contributing to a positive community environment. Additional tasks include assisting with marketing initiatives, maintaining an appealing office and model appearance, and helping achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong resident-focused mindset with skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service.
- Experience with Leases and Lease Administration, including application processing, documentation, and compliance.
- Clear, professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with residents, prospects, and team members.
- Previous leasing, property management, or multifamily housing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with fair housing laws and basic property management software is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Douglasville, GA, with reliable attendance and time management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.
