In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the real estate transaction process. The role involves conducting property research, negotiating deals, preparing and reviewing contracts, and staying updated on local real estate market trends. You will also be expected to manage client relationships and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate with a valid real estate broker's license.
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales to build relationships and meet client needs.
- Knowledge of Real Property laws, regulations, and related procedures.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Proven track record of success in a real estate or similar role.
- Proficiency with real estate software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
