Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Glendale, AZ. The Real Estate Agent will work directly with buyers and sellers, conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide clients through every step of the transaction process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, following up with existing clients, preparing and presenting listings, and negotiating offers and contracts. The agent will coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closings while ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with local regulations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, leveraging AXEN Realty’s tools and marketing resources, and maintaining strong knowledge of local market trends to support client decision-making.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations.
- Experience in Real Estate transactions, including listings, buyer representation, and contract negotiation.
- Strong Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and converting leads into clients.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, empathy, and client follow-up.
- Familiarity with local Glendale, AZ market conditions, neighborhoods, and property values.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM tools, online listing platforms, and basic digital marketing for property promotion.
- Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and independently prioritize tasks.
