Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for motivated and dedicated Realtors and Loan Officers to join our development team in Destin, FL. Core responsibilities include working with clients to navigate the real estate buying and selling process, guiding clients through loan origination, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additional tasks include providing financial advice, assessing underwriting criteria, and maintaining high levels of customer service professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Loan Origination and expertise in Underwriting
- Strong background in Finance and as a Loan Officer
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to deliver a seamless client experience
- Effective communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Relevant licenses and certifications for real estate or loan origination
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local Destin, FL real estate and lending markets is a plus
