ML Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models to solve identified business problems using state-of-the-art techniques under the guidance of Senior ML Engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and product teams to understand the product vision and build ML solutions that add value to the product.
• Execute data wrangling activities to create viable datasets related to the problem.
• Conduct ML experiments to assess feasibility and build baseline models to address business challenges.
• Fine-tune baseline models for optimal performance.
• Test models internally according to acceptance criteria from the business.
• Identify areas and techniques to optimize models based on test results.
• Document relevant artifacts for communication with the business.
• Collaborate with data scientists to deploy models.
• Work with product teams in planning and execution of new product releases.
• Set objectives and key results (OKRs) and success steps for self/team, and provide feedback on goals for team members.
