Job Title: Curative Representative
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: Differential rate applied for 10-7pm CST shift
- Location: ONSITE Irving, TX
- Experience: Mid-level curative experience handling real property transactions
- Responsibilities:
- Review abstract title examinations for liens, encumbrances, judgments, vesting, deed preparation, legal descriptions, and other title-related issues
- Understand payoffs, real property taxes, and lien extinguishment requirements
- Take action to clear conditions using underwriting guidelines for all 50 states; TDI/Texas, Florida, and Georgia experience is a plus
- Work directly with lenders, creditors, and third parties to resolve title matters for issuing title insurance
- Conduct heavy research
- Manage a pipeline of orders and clear title within given SLAs
- Communicate via integration system tasking or emails
- Collaborate with other title agencies or counties
