What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application Production Support position at Axelon Services Corporation?
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for L1/L2 production support, incident management, problem management, change management including application deployments.
- Support data flows between Credit, Working Capital, Asset Finance, and Securitization applications and other upstream and downstream systems.
- Support Operations team for technical issues.
- Participate in the yearly Disaster Recovery, Liveplay, and Backup Recovery testing.
- Coordinate and fulfill project support tasks, as well as provide status reports.
- Provide expertise on production constraints and environment readiness.
- Maintain application and systems as per Information Security guidelines.
- Ensure data protection regulations are implemented from a data security standpoint.
- Maintain monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning of financing solutions applications components.
- Understand and document the technical process and data flows.
- Participate in the Change Control review meeting to ensure data quality and coordinate approvals.
- Manage the Cyberark bypass controls and assess for resolutions.
- Facilitate prioritization sessions with stakeholders to clearly rank tasks for focused execution and transparency.
- Industrialize legacy processes using AI.
