Duties
- Lead and facilitate axe-throwing sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed at all times
- Provide engaging coaching and demonstrations to help guests improve their technique and boost confidence
- Manage guest interactions with enthusiasm, creating a lively and inclusive environment that encourages repeat visits
- Oversee event management for private parties, corporate events, and tournaments, coordinating schedules and activities seamlessly
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly with effective conflict management skills, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain safety standards by conducting regular equipment inspections, cleaning axes and targets, and enforcing safety rules diligently
- Assist with cash handling during transactions, including ticket sales, merchandise purchases, and event bookings
Experience
- Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments within resort or entertainment venues
- Strong background in conflict management and customer service to handle diverse guest needs confidently
- Prior food service or theater experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with axe throwing or similar recreational activities is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude
