Team Member (Operator)

If you have a knack for hospitality and at least one year of experience in a similar role, we’d love to meet you!

As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time at Axe Holes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Guiding guests through the axe-throwing experience, including safety instructions and tips for success.
• Facilitating group activities and ensuring everyone is engaged and having fun.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for all guests and staff.
• Assisting with event coordination and ensuring smooth operations during group bookings or special events.
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch guest experiences. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role.
• Personality: Outgoing, approachable, and able to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is always ready to lend a hand.
• Safety-Minded: A commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring guests’ well-being.
