Electrical Assembler

Job Overview

Duties

• Read and interpret detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately assemble electrical components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and mechanical gauges to assemble and modify parts.
• Fabricate electrical assemblies by cutting, bending, and fitting wires and components according to specifications.
• Perform wiring, soldering, and wiring harness assembly with attention to detail and safety standards.
• Operate manufacturing machinery including machining tools and welding equipment when required for fabrication tasks.
• Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure assemblies meet exact specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse or manufacturing floor while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with forklift operation or other warehouse tasks as needed to support material handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly environments with a focus on electrical systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques including welding, machining, and blueprint reading.
• Ability to operate forklifts or similar warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
• Familiarity with welding processes and soldering techniques for electrical assembly.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality control standards.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
