Our team specializes in delivering high-quality project-based work — from installations and repairs to full system upgrades. We are seeking a hands-on Electro-Mechanical Technician who is eager to travel, work in the field, and apply both electrical and millwright skills on site.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site electrical and mechanical work for industrial clients.
- Install, rig, align, and repair machinery and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems including motors, controls, and VFDs.
- Safely crane, rig, and move equipment as part of project installations.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Complete project tasks in collaboration with field crews and supervisors.
- Travel to client sites (local and regional) to complete work assignments.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and OSHA standards at all times.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician, Electrical Millwright, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems (480V, controls, wiring, troubleshooting).
- Proficiency with millwright skills: rigging, machine installation, precision alignment, and mechanical repair.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (standing, lifting, climbing).
- Must be willing and able to travel regularly to project sites.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong safety mindset and commitment to quality workmanship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman or licensed electrician background a plus.
- Millwright or electrical trade school training.
- Hydraulic system experience.
- Prior project-based/field industrial experience.
