Job Description:
Axcess Industries is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asset Supervisor to oversee and manage company assets efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, inventory control, and record-keeping to ensure all equipment and resources are accounted for, maintained, and utilized effectively across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of company assets, including equipment, tools, and materials.
- Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance and inspections to ensure assets are in optimal condition.
- Use of asset tracking systems and documentation protocols.
- Collaborate with project teams to allocate assets and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in asset utilization.
- Provide leadership and training to staff on asset handling and care.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in asset management, inventory control, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to learn and use asset management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience in an industrial setting is a plus.
- Experience using forklift to load and off load trucks.
