Axcess Catering & Events, one of the top catering companies in Dallas/Ft Worth, is growing again! We are currently seeking an administrative assistant with at least 2 years of comparable experience.
This includes answering telephones, completing all correspondence and maintaining administrative organization.
The schedule for this position is primarily Monday to Friday with rare Saturday coverage required.
Specific Job Prerequisites:
Must be pleasant in dealing with guests and fellow team members
Must be physically capable of performing basic duties
Must be knowledgeable of our menu
Must be detail oriented, extremely organized, and have a strong ability to multi-task
Must be able to physically drive a vehicle
Skills & Requirements:
· Two years of prior secretarial experience; catering administrative experience:
Two years of experience in a Restaurant/Retail/Hospitality Customer Service position
Ability to provide friendly, efficient, and courteous service to employees & customers
· Answer all incoming calls promptly and in a professional manner
Must be able to handle high call volume
Knowledge with QuickBooks is a plus!
Pay is based on experience.
