What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler position at Axalta?
Qualifications:
1. Must have excellent motor vehicle operating skills, and ability to operate a 2- ton truck.
2. High School education or GED
3. Must be able to work without constant supervision.
4. Must be able to receive work instructions from management
5. Must be able to work overtime as required
6. Understand and Adherence to OSHA & EPA Regulations
7. Must have good attendance record and performed at an acceptable level on previous job.
8. Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally
9. Must be able to operate a forklift
10. Must be able to work overtime as required including weekends
11. Basic knowledge of RF gun
12. Basic math skills
13. SAP background a plus S4 Hana preferred
14. Experienced in inventory and cycle counting a plus
15. S4 HANA experience preferred
Responsibilities:
shift - 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. or 10:00am – 6:00p
Responsibilities:
1. Using computer, processes inbound and outbound deliveries
2. Processing and packing of orders
3. Loads and unloads trucks as needed using Forklift.
4. Procures and delivers drums via yard truck, to manufacturing departments as requested by Department Lead.
5. Cycle counting inventory
6. Knowledge and Use of SAP S4
7. Maintains 5S guided housekeeping
8. Performs other duties as directed by his/her Leadership Team.
