We are currently looking for a Batch Maker to join us at our facility in Brighton, MI
This role is responsible for producing high-quality coating products by following batch formulas, handling raw materials, operating production equipment, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture batches according to production formulas and work instructions.
- Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials.
- Handle solvents, resins, pigments, and other production materials.
- Operate mixing and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete batch records and production documentation.
- Monitor product quality and follow standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English required.
- Successful completion of a background check and physical examination
- Must be able to lift at least 55 lbs. and wear required PPE
- Previous manufacturing, production, or batch-making experience is preferred.
- Reach truck and counterbalance forklift experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
