Are you a proactive, detail-oriented marketing professional with a knack for managing multiple projects and partners? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to coordinate and execute our digital marketing efforts, ensuring seamless delivery and impactful results in a regulated, customer-focused setting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects, content updates, and compliance adherence.
- Oversee relationships with marketing vendors, freelancers, and affiliate partners, tracking contracts, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Support the development and management of affiliate marketing programs, identifying new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate on content creation, SEO optimization, and regulatory compliance across digital channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist with social media planning, content coordination, and engagement trend tracking.
- Support budget tracking, invoice management, and reputation management efforts, including customer review monitoring.
What you'll bring:
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or marketing operations, ideally in B2C environments.
- Proven experience working with agencies and external partners to deliver marketing projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CMS systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital customer acquisition channels.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as CJ and marketing automation tools (preferred).

- Salary range: $82,400 - $103,000 Annually
