Senior Business Analyst

What you’ll be doing

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Lead requirements definition for large projects.
• Mentor junior/associate BAs.
• Conduct gap/impact analysis across systems.
• Partner with product owners and architects.
• Support UAT strategy and traceability

You will report to the Senior Business Analyst.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Extensive BA experience within insurance systems.
• Robust knowledge of end-to-end insurance lifecycle
• Proven experience leading workshops and discussions.
• Robust problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Expertise in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Domain certifications (AINS, CPCU).
• Advanced SQL, BI, or data visualization exposure.
• Experience with automation/RPA initiatives

The U.S. base salary range for this position is USD 141,500 - 171,700.

Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.
