Join our dynamic Underwriting team as a Data Analyst and play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights. Collaborate across departments, support business growth, and enhance decision-making with your analytical expertise.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Excel.
- Generate reports and KPIs to monitor business performance across teams and units.
- Collaborate with Operations and Workforce departments to understand their data needs.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and test hypotheses.
- Ensure data quality through cleaning, validation, and integrity checks.
- Support continuous improvement of existing reports and explore new data analysis tools and techniques.
What you'll bring:
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python for data analysis and visualization.
- 3-5 years of experience working with large datasets and database management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
