Job Summary 

AX9 Security, Inc. is seeking Concierge Officers to join our rapidly growing team. As a Concierge Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier customer service while maintaining the safety and security of our clients' premises. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing access control, and providing support to both visitors, residents and management, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.  

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities 

Duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:   

• Access control for guests and customers 

• Act as a liaison between guests and management 

• Answer phone calls and coordinate travel plans 

• Greet guests and customers warmly 

• Enforce client and company policies and procedures 

• Observe and report fire and safety hazards 

• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around buildings 

• Report incidents to the operations manager, clients, and department managers 

• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public 

• Write detailed reports on incidents and security issues 

• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1 year of experience in Concierge/front desk roles 

• Must possess a valid Guard Card 

• Must have reliable transportation 

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills 

• Ability to multitask effectively 

• Must be able to write clear and accurate reports 

• Able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs 

• Punctuality and reliability are essential 

• Previous security experience preferred 

This position may require working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures. It involves standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, and lifting. Some positions may also require sitting in front of a computer or monitor for extended periods.
