Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws and company policies
- Support talent development and succession planning
- Handle employee relations issues and foster a positive work culture
Qualifications:
- Based in Bellevue, Washington
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in the robotics industry is strongly preferred
- Experience in technology or related industries is preferred
- Experience with multinational companies is a plus
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Experience with multinational companies is a big plus
- Willing to travel occasionally to Bedford, MA HQ
