- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading for accuracy
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
- Assist with clerical duties including typing, copying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns with a friendly demeanor and effective problem-solving skills
Experience
- Prior office experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Experience using multi-line phone systems and managing front desk operations effectively
