AWT has the following position open in our Hauppague, New York location: Project Management Associate
This position is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Position Summary
The basic function of the Project Management Associate is to assist in the daily details and project-specific requirements that are communicated to us from our clients. The primary function is to work with Project Managers on all projects that are being transitioned and/or in-process on both a pre-award and post-award basis. It is also the responsibility of the Associate to appropriately transition any related work into the various departments within Citation that are related to each project on a case-by-case basis.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate must have a strong math background along with the ability to visualize and design label templates for creation of labels for application to various clinical supply components. (i.e., Vial and Carton Proofs).

Job Responsibilities
- Complete as directed and in an accurate and timely manner, all work assignments; perform the work per the scheduled hours and make the most effective use of his/her talent and time
- Perform a wide variety of duties at the direction of the Manager of Project Management in order to assist as a support structure for daily client communications.
- Maintain in good order all records, files, client communications and the safe keeping of all company records, including any computer-related information.
- Perform both preliminary and final quotations at the direction of the Manager of Project Management.
- Create Project Scope documents based on customer and order specific criteria.
- Create Project randomization files.
- Update project management software with project data as needed.
- Act as a support person for needs of Project Managers on various orders.
- Answer client questions or contact clients to clarify any issues associated with our clients.
- Be available to discuss internal department and external client complaints/inquiries as needed.
