Job Duties
- Mount plates and ensure all materials are available at the press for jobs and refill press supplies as needed
- Move finished product to finishing area upon completion of job
- Assist in efficient and complete press changeover
- Catch off press as needed
- Perform other various plant support activities
- Be actively involved and interface with department process and be aware of department workload
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure all jobs meet or exceed estimated time and materials.

Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Demonstrated accuracy with numbers and information
- Position requires substantial twisting, bending, considerable amount of walking and being on feet for long periods of time
- Must be able lift 50 lbs. to waist level without assistance
- Some computer usage
- Forklift training a plus
