Salary: This position has a base salary of $45,000 with increases dependent on experience.

Essential Job Duties
- Teach a class of 12-15 1st grade students.
- Lead the first grade curriculum in accordance with Waldorf Standards
- Prepare lesson plans, student work, assessments, and reports according to BWS standards.
- Cultivate joy, wonder, and curiosity in the classroom, fostering a positive relationship to learning.
- Bachelors Degree
- Waldorf Teacher Certificate and/or enrollment in a Waldorf accredited training program
- Minimum of three years paid experience in an accredited primary school, preferred
