Now Hiring: BDC / Business Development Representative
Miami, FL
Are you great on the phone and comfortable creating content for TikTok and Instagram? We’re looking for a bilingual BDC Representative who can turn calls, online inquiries, and social media engagement into dealership appointments.
What you’ll do
- Make and receive a high volume of customer calls.
- Follow up with internet leads, past customers, and prospects.
- Schedule appointments, confirm them, and follow up through the customer’s visit.
- Use the CRM to document conversations, manage follow-up tasks, and track results.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize each opportunity.
- Create engaging content featuring vehicles and dealership specials.
- Participate in TikTok and Instagram LIVE videos.
- Respond to social media messages and turn inquiries into leads and appointments.
What we’re looking for
- Bilingual English and Spanish — required.
- Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills.
- Confidence asking customers for an appointment and following through.
- Experience using TikTok and Instagram; comfort appearing on camera and going LIVE.
- Organization, consistency, and a results-driven attitude.
- Automotive experience is a plus, but we can train the right person.
