What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Hand position at AWOL Print & Studio?
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to join our team.
This is a part-time position with the potential to be hired full-time.
AWOL Print & Studio is a full service custom screen printing and embroidery company. We are looking for a shop hand to assist with the day to day tasks that are required to run the business.
Experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can adapt, problem solve, and work with others.
Skills:
- Proficient problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well on a team
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating and editing artwork (preferred, but not required)
- Familiarity with CAD software for creating design templates
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
- Excellent color matching skills
- Knowledge of screen printing techniques, including color separation and registration (preferred, but not required)
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects for adding special effects to designs
