This is a Full-Time position at 40 hours a week.

- Assist manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Process applicant paperwork, screening applicants, obtaining landlord references, ensure all paperwork including lease and house rules receive signatures, re-certifications of current tenants, conducting move-ins and moveouts
- Collecting rents and security deposits
- Enforcing lease and house rules
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintaining excellent curb appeal
- Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants
- Follow company policies and procedures
