Full Job Description
AWI Builders, Inc, is searching for an experienced Construction Payroll and Certified Labor Compliance Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is responsible for processing payroll on a weekly basis.
- Maintain and track employee sick/vacation/benefit plans.
- Maintain all Labor Compliance and Certified Payroll documents throughout the project in a timely and efficient manner.
- Gather, review and input employee pay and project hours data for certified payroll.
- Understanding of certified payroll requirements for federal, state, and local regulations.
- Interact via verbal and/or correspondence with general contractors to satisfy labor compliance requirements.
- Experience with using LCP Tracker and DIR website required.
- Perform other related duties as requested/required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction payroll (preferred)
- Experience with prevailing wage and certified payroll.
- Knowledge of wage labor laws and union labor compliance.
- Quickbooks knowledge is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, mainly Excel.
- Strong, detailed oriented work ethic a must.
- Self-starter with a well-honed sense of urgency and the ability to regularly meet deadlines.
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
