🚛 Driver Manager / Transportation Administrator
**Salary:** $44,000 – $48,000 (DOE)
**Schedule:** Tuesday–Saturday, 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Role Overview
We’re seeking a Driver Manager / Transportation Administrator to lead and support our team of professional drivers. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and compliance while building strong, respectful relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership and support to drivers.
- Coach and mentor drivers with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Monitor performance, routes, and on-time delivery.
- Manage scheduling, paperwork, and DOT requirements.
- Collaborate with operations to maximize route efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2 years of logistics, dispatch, fleet, or related experience (straight truck and tractor-trailer preferred).
- Knowledge of tracking/logging systems (Samsara preferred).
- Experience with route dispatching and delivery performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook/email, and basic computer systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
