Senior Digital & Data Manager Location: Peterborough / Hybrid Shape the Digital Future of the @one Alliance The @one Alliance is a collaborative partnership between Anglian Water and seven leading delivery organisations, working together to deliver major infrastructure projects across the East of England. We're looking for a Senior Digital & Data Manager to lead our digital transformation agenda, driving innovation, data excellence and emerging technologies to improve project delivery, performance and business growth. What you'll be doing As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll: Lead and deliver the @one digital and data strategy. Drive a data-led culture across the organisation. Oversee data governance, asset information management and compliance with industry standards. Lead the development of data platforms, business intelligence and reporting capabilities. Champion AI, automation and digital innovation to improve efficiency and productivity. Manage and develop a multidisciplinary Digital & Data team of circa 35 people. Build strong relationships with Anglian Water, alliance partners, suppliers and industry stakeholders. What you'll bring Degree qualification in Engineering, IT, Software, Digital Transformation or a related field. Significant leadership experience within digital, data or technology functions. Strong expertise in data and information management. Experience leading technology-enabled change and transformation programmes. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Desirable Experience with AI, automation technologies and digital products. Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern data platforms. Experience in Master Data Management and change management. Why join us?
