Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour starting
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Shipping / Outbound Associate to join our team in Fort Worth! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a strong background in outbound operations, stand-up forklift operation, and EPJ equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and prepare outbound orders for shipment
• Pick, stage, and move products throughout the warehouse
• Operate stand-up forklifts and EPJs safely and efficiently
• Load and stage pallets for outbound shipments
• Verify orders, quantities, and shipping information
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse shipping/outbound experience required
• Experience operating a stand-up forklift
• Experience operating an EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required
