Overnights Housekeeping Supervisor

Seeking an experienced Overnight Custodial Supervisor for a healthcare facility in Tyler, TX.

Location: Tyler, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Seeking an experienced Overnight Custodial Supervisor to lead a custodial team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility during overnight operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the overnight custodial staff
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain high cleanliness standards
• Assign daily work tasks and monitor productivity
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Previous custodial supervision experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
