Coastal Welding Supply/a AWG Company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in our Beaumont, TX location.
Coastal Welding Supply, Inc. was founded in 1963 and has evolved from a single location in Beaumont Texas into a full-service Gulf Coast industrial and specialty gas provider with a focus on the Petrochemical and Metal Fabrication Industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process incoming telephone calls, faxes, emails and provide a variety of services to customers
- Directly address customer requests/concerns for the company and/or efficiently route those inquiries accordingly
- Accurate and efficient entry and distribution of all customer orders
- Daily sales entry
- A/R collection calls
- Propane dispenser fill once properly trained
- Participate in self-directed work team environment
- Additional duties and special research or administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- HS diploma or GED
- At least one year of Customer Service/Operations Support preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook and Excel)
- Adapt easily to new software, multiple information management dashboards
