Job Responsibilities:
- Clean Homes: Delight our customers by following our proven process to keep their homes spotless. If you provide excellent service, you can earn tips too!
- Teamwork: Work as part of a team, enjoying the camaraderie and support of your colleagues.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate in a friendly, positive, and professional manner—our customers love us, and you will too!
- Team Leaders: If you’re a team lead, you’ll manage the schedule, drive safely, and maintain equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Enjoy working with different types of people and in various environments.
- Have a strong attention to detail and take pride in a job well done.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete a background check.
- Physically able to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform other housekeeping tasks.
- Available to work Monday through Sunday, 8 am to 5 pm; as needed.
- Speaking English is must. Bilingual is a plus (not required).
