About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hard working Warehouse Technician to join our team in Conroe, Texas. This role supports daily warehouse operations through material handling, inventory management, order fulfillment, and forklift operation. Most work is performed in a warehouse environment without climate control. The ideal candidate is safety focused, comfortable operating a forklift, and able to use computer systems such as NetSuite to complete inventory and order transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory
- Pull and stage materials for work orders and sales orders
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment or delivery
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records in NetSuite

Assist with inventory counts and inventory control activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred
- Forklift experience required
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus

- Ability to work in a warehouse environment without air conditioning or heat
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
