Skills & Experience
- Ideally, you'll have 5 years experience in HR, and/or Talent Acquisition – either working for a company or as a freelancer.
- It's important to have a real passion for learning & development and helping people with their careers.
- We're looking for someone with great English communication and relationship-building skills. If you can give a good presentation, that's even better!
- You should be self-motivated and really want to grow in this role.
- We need someone who enjoys working with individuals to guide and mentor them.
- This is a performance based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
