The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, focusing on driving growth and expanding the company’s client base. This full-time role entails prospecting and engaging with potential leads, conducting client consultations, presenting Aware Health’s services, and developing tailored business strategies to meet clients’ needs. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams to align client acquisition efforts with the company’s strategic goals. This is an on-site role, located in San Francisco, CA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Experience with business or market research, lead generation, and identifying strategic opportunities
- Sales and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to a diverse audience
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales software
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple prospects and deadlines effectively
- Previous experience in consulting, sales, or business development; healthcare experience is a plus
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
