Awards Unlimited in Lincoln, Nebraska, part of the Regal Awards family of companies — including Regal Awards (Omaha, NE) and Alpine Awards (Hayward, CA) is a dynamic, family-friendly company that creates custom trophies, awards, apparel, and promotional products. We’re seeking an Assembly Production Associate to join our Lincoln team. This role includes assembling custom awards and supporting other areas such as shipping and receiving. Full training is provided.
This position is responsible for assembling custom awards and will also share duties in other areas such as shipping and receiving. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, ready to learn, and enjoys hands on work. Full and ongoing training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Assemble awards using hand tools, glues, tapes, and other materials (training provided)
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Support team goals and production timelines
- Represent Regal Awards with professionalism and teamwork
- Assist other production areas such as shipping, receiving, and order packaging.
Qualifications
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Enjoys hands-on work and a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to read a ruler and use basic hand tools (training provided)
- Positive attitude and good attendance required
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM
- Part-time: Flexible scheduling available
- Start Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour (based on experience)
