Production Operator - 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Production Operator
• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
• Location: Rockford, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required – Willing to train the right individuals.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required, must be willing to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to listen and follow specific directions and instructions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Support team goals and help maintain a productive work environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under stressful situations.
• Able to lift 50lbs throughout the day.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manufacture, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fill jugs on the line.
• Label jugs and packages.
• Package items.
• Place containers and jugs on pallet to be wrapped.
• Work under minimal supervision.
